Sign Consent
You’ll receive a PAPERSIGN email. Sign it immediately – consult cannot proceed without it.

Prepare for Treatment
Visit xytherapeutics.com.au/resources to watch admin videos and consider buying the injection kit.

Consult Day
You’ll get an SMS with appointment time and a link 5 mins before. Click the link, accept permissions, and wait.

After the Consult
You’ll receive your script (valid 3–4 months) and blood test referral by email.
When collecting your medication, let the pharmacist know you’re already familiar with the administration process.

Administration
Only transfer 2–3mL at a time. Review videos to avoid wastage. Handle vials carefully.

Review Consult
Do bloods 3 weeks before running out (on injection day, before dose). Drink 1 litre of water 30–60 minutes before the test. If no results in 7 business days, email us with the test site and date. If your levels are unsafe, you will be required to repeat the test for $79.

Booking Review
If levels are safe, we’ll invite you to book a Review Consult and complete a short health form.
