    2. Completing the blood tests and health questionnaire: Visit one of our blood testing partner providers near you and complete the health questionnaire.

    3. Live telehealth consultation with a partner health coordinator and skin health consultant: The health coordinator and skin health consultant will conduct a telehealth consultation to complete the health assessment.

    4. Live telehealth consultation with a partner doctor: The health coordinator will schedule a telehealth consultation with a partner doctor. Our partner doctor will review your blood test results and health assessment to provide tailored therapies to optimise your health.

    5. Convenient and discreet treatment delivery: XY Therapeutics collaborates with reputable partner pharmacies to ensure your prescribed treatments are conveniently delivered to your doorstep.

    6. Customised optimisation plan: You will receive a comprehensive and personalised plan summarising all your optimisation therapies.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your telehealth consultation, please get in touch with XY Therapeutics as soon as possible. Our team will assist you in rescheduling your consultation to a more convenient time.

  • The duration of the treatment process can vary depending on individual circumstances and treatment plans. Our partner doctors will provide an estimated timeline during your telehealth consultation, considering test results, treatment response, and ongoing monitoring. Regular follow-up consultations and communication will ensure your progress is tracked effectively throughout your treatment journey.

  • After you pay for your treatment options, our partner pharmacy will send your medications directly to your door. This ensures a seamless, convenient, and discreet delivery process.

  • Although side effects are rare, they can occur with any medical treatment. If you experience any unexpected or concerning side effects, you should immediately discontinue the treatment and contact XY Therapeutics. Our partner doctors will assess your situation, provide guidance, and, if necessary, adjust your treatment plan.
