This crucial step allows us to assess your current health status accurately. Print the referral, follow the fasting instructions, and visit your nearest blood testing centre.
Your Health Assessment: A Comprehensive Approach
While awaiting your test results, you'll complete an online health assessment. This detailed questionnaire, sent via SMS, helps us understand your health history and goals, forming the basis of your customised health plan.
Telehealth Consultations: Your Virtual Health Team
With your test results and questionnaire in hand, you'll book telehealth consultations with both your Health Coordinator and a Skin Health Consultant. These live video sessions allow you to discuss potential treatments and voice any concerns.
The Doctor's Appointment: Personalised Medical Advice & Prescription Treatments
Following your telehealth consultations, you'll have a live video session with a doctor. This is where your treatment plan takes shape, and any necessary prescriptions are sent to our partner pharmacies for delivery to your doorstep.
